Privacy Policy

Vairal (“Vairal,” “we,” “us”) is an AI tool that helps short-form video creators write, edit, and improve their content. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. By using Vairal you agree to this policy.

The short version

Your full-resolution videos are edited inside your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
We only send small, low-quality preview copies or text to our AI providers when a feature needs them.
We never sell your data, and we never post to your accounts.
You can delete your data at any time (see “Deleting your data” below).

Information we collect

We collect only what a feature needs:

Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and basic authentication data through our login provider (Supabase) so you can sign in and save your work.
Content you create. Reels and scripts you choose to save are stored in your private library. You control these and can delete them.
Video and audio you process. Editing happens in your browser. For features that use AI, a small low-resolution preview or the text/transcript is sent to our AI providers for that single request and is not retained by us.
Instagram / Meta Platform data.If you use the reach-analysis feature, you may enter a public Instagram Business/Creator account’s username. We then request that account’s publicinformation (such as public captions, follower and post counts) through Meta’s official Instagram Graph API (Business Discovery). We use this only to generate the on-screen analysis you requested; we do not store it long-term, build profiles, or sell it. We never access private accounts or data we are not permitted to.
Basic usage data. Standard technical logs (such as error reports) to keep the service working.

How we use your information

To provide the features you ask for (writing, editing, analysis).
To save and show your library when you sign in.
To keep the service reliable and secure.

We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or post anything to your social accounts.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum necessary with trusted providers so features can work. Each only receives what their part of the service requires:

Google (Gemini AI) — analyzes preview clips and text to power AI features.
Supabase — secure account login and saved-content storage.
ElevenLabs — generates AI voiceovers from text you provide.
Pexels — supplies free stock footage you search for.
Meta (Instagram Graph API) — supplies the public account data used by the reach-analysis feature.
Vercel — hosts the application.

Use of Meta Platform data

Our use of information received through Meta’s APIs follows Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request public data for accounts you explicitly look up, use it solely to produce the analysis shown to you in that session, do not transfer or sell it, and do not retain it beyond what is needed to display your results. We cannot and do not detect account penalties or guarantee any outcome — our analysis is an estimate based on public content and Meta’s published guidelines.

Data retention

Saved content and account data are kept until you delete them or close your account. Preview clips and text sent for a single AI request are not stored by us after that request completes.

Deleting your data

You can delete saved reels and scripts at any time from the “Mine” area inside the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, see our data deletion instructions or email us at deathh2006@gmail.com. We will remove your data within 30 days.

Children

Vairal is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
