These are the terms for using Vairal at vairal.in. They are written plainly on purpose. Using Vairal means you accept them.
Who we are
Vairal is an independent service operated from India. You can reach a real person at deathh2006@gmail.com, or through the help button inside the app.
What Vairal does
Vairal helps you turn long videos into short ones, write scripts, add captions, and check a reel before you post it. Most of the video work runs inside your own browser — your full-quality footage is not uploaded to us. When our AI needs to watch something, it sees a small, low-quality preview copy.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Vairal. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your sign-in email secure — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right to the videos, audio, scripts and images you put into Vairal, and to everything Vairal produces from them. We do not claim ownership, we do not put a watermark on your work, and we do not use your videos to train models. We only process your content to provide the features you asked for.
What you agree not to upload
Do not use Vairal for content you have no right to use, or for material that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, or content designed to deceive people about a real person's words or actions. We can suspend an account that does any of this.
Payments, plans and tokens
Vairal has a free tier that does not need a card. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details — Razorpay handles that.
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of tokens, which is how we measure the AI work our servers do for you. Every action that spends tokens shows its cost before it runs. Unused tokens reset each month and do not roll over. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account.

Things we cannot promise
Vairal uses AI, and AI gets things wrong. A clip may be cut in the wrong place, a caption may mishear a word, and a Reach Check is our best guess — not a guarantee about what any social platform will do with your post. Always watch a clip before you publish it. Vairal is provided “as is”, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Vairal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost views, lost followers, lost revenue, or a post being removed by a platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending it
You can stop using Vairal and delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to stop offering the service. If we close your account without cause while you are on a paid plan, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vairal after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
